SHIPPING & RETURNS

Items are wrapped beautifully in fabric and/or interesting materials and ties with vintage ribbon.  They are padded with recycled paper (and bubble wrap in the case of glass) and shipped typically via USPS.

 

Can I have these shipped directly to the recipient?

Yes, you can.  IF you let me know that you are shipping a gift directly to the recipient, I can make the package presentation even more gift-like.

 

What if my item arrives broken?

I insure all items so if there is a problem, inform me immediately and I will remedy the issue with the post office.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, I am able to do that, though it may affect lead times and typical delivery timelines, depending on where exactly the work is going.

 

Can I return the item?

Returns are typically not accepted (especially in the case of a custom order) but if you are unhappy with the product, reach out and we can try to resolve it.
